Circular Reference or Loops

Hello Experts...

In enclosed QlikView files, there is a circular reference/loops.

Is there any way to remove the same. Does it make any damage in end result if not removed?

Compare Sales and Target tables,Concatenate both tables...

1) do we need to have first qualify necessary for Customer and Country table?

2) when I create Straight Table with Customer, Year as dimension and SUM(Sales) and SUM(TARGET.Target) gives me wrong result.
