When i'm working in one Qlikview document and save the doc with currently selections, ¿What can i do to clear automatically the currently selections field when i open a document,?

Try the On Open Document Triggers

Settings->Documents and Settings - > Triggers-> Document Event Triggers- > On Open

Then Add Actions to clear All or clear any specific fields

Please check if that helps..
