Clear the Input values from Input Boxes

Hello Qlik Geeks, 

How can we clear the input values from input boxes with  the button ? I am using Button with Action as Clear Field which clears the field but the input values inside the Input Box remains same and I have to delete it manually.

Note: This Input Box is using variable.

the button has a set variable value action. did you try that?

I tried that now and looks like it is working after Set Variable and Value is empty. Thanks for the quick help.
