Clicking through from first table to another

Hi All,

I have 2 tables in 2 seperate sheets/ documents. Now I want to display the second table by clicking the value of the first table. For example:

1st table:

emp id      Name
-------------------------

1                   a

2                   b

3                   c

4                   d

5                   e

2nd table:

emp id     designation      address

----------------------------------------------

1                       a1                  street 1

2                       a2                  street 2

3                        a3                 street 3

4                        a4                  street 4

5                       a5                  street 5

If I click 4 in the first table, the following should be displayed from the second table:

emp id     designation      address

----------------------------------------------

4                      a4                 street 4

Is this possible?

Hi Mansi,

Try with Drilldown grouping ....Go to document properties and groups >create a group and use it.

Hi,

Please make sure that you select the Drill Group tick box when you create a new group as Avinash said.Some user do not realize cyclic and Drill Group
