Thing is i have seen some licenses on different components like desktop client, users, web server, web access and qlikview publisher. so from these what components so we need available on cloud?

Its the same Licences, You don;t need any special Licenses to host your solution on cloud.

Same standard Licenses applies.

You need to contact your account manager or Nearest partner for more details on Licensing.
