Color scale for heat maps
Hi Qlikers:
I need to build a heat map, (not a random rainbow).
I'd like to have advise about how to make a correct color scale.
What funcktion to use, rgb, argb...
How to convert any sort of numbers into 0 - 255, etc.
Thanks in advance.

One option is to use the colormix wizard. You can access the wizard by going to the expression's background colour property and then opening the expression editor. In the file menu you will find the wizard.
Notes:
1) Stick to a simple colour scheme.
2) Only use it with relatively low granularity dimensions (i.e. the number of colours it will need to calculate) as the performance deteriorates quickly.
