Coloring of legend in combo / bar chart.

Hello,

My chart is taking a color for legend from first bar. See picture below:

I am using background coloring in expression, and basically if value is zero it shows ARGB with alpha 0, and now when I select months without Jan, the legend goes transparent.

Is here a way to fix this?

PS. a used some dimension and expression techniques to show all months always.
