Hi,
I have a created a Pie chart with 2 dimensions and 1 expression. But both the inner and outer pie are taking the same color scheme.
How can I differentiate the color schemes between inner and outer Pie.
Ex: Country City
A A1
A A2
B B1
B B2
C C1
C C2
Meaning, it is taking 3 colors for 3 different countries but the same 3 colors for city within a country also
I am taking these 2 as dimensions and exp as Count (Population).
Please suggest.
Pallavi,
you can use bar chart in this case along with drill down. Find the attached example.
Also, you can find data visualization.qvw which helps to tell for which scnerio which chart to be used. I'm attaching the data viz.qvw.

Its not answering your question... but I could not refrain.....
Even though it is possible to add two dimensions in a pie chart: Dont do it.
If you must use piechart, use two separate instead.

Hi,
Thanks for the recommendation.
Could you please tell me which chart could be used in this scenario? My requirement is to show the population count by country and when I click on country must show the city. Apart from drill down group what could be used?
Hi,
Can someone give suggestions. Would be helpful.
I need to show the Total population for the country. Then I have to see the Cities which lie within a particular country.
How to fulfil this requirement?

You will perhaps find the attached guide helpful when choosing the right chart.
