Colour Scheme

Hi Friends

I have added the colours into my following Pivot table

I have use expression for back ground color if(RISK_YEAR=2017,rgb(255,191,255),rgb(191,255,191))

I also want to apply the same colors for the two two rows but I can not do it. Pls educate me how to do it
