Column heading on each page

When in the test environment, my report prints with column headings on each new page but when uploaded, the print setting are all gone and I can not find a way to get the column headings to print on each new page. How do I get the report to print as it does while in test?

This has been resolved by installing the Internet Explorer Plugin for Qlikview.
