Combine 2 columns for filter .. union ?

Hi

Problem: If every transaction has a buy & a sell currency. I am aiming to return any row which has a particluar currency as either BUY or SELL or BOTH.

I think i might need to do a union ... but not sure how to go about it ?

Attached is a small example of the issue.
