Combine two table use common date in one chart

Hello everyone,

I want to combine Potential table with Billing table use common date in one chart.

Below chart 1 date isn't actually Billing date. How to let chart 2 in chart 1?

I look for lots of  Q&A. Concatenate two table or use common date  dimension is a method.

But actually  between Potential and Billing have another table. And I just want to show Potential transfer to Billing data. Could you please help? Thanks in advance.

I don't know if  I understand that exactly . If I create a link date will cause a circular reference. Thank you anyway.
