Combo Chart Y-Axis Labels - How to have the labels Stay when resizing the graph

I need some help adding/renaming labels for the Y-Axis for a combo chart.  I have tried adding Text in Chart and text boxes, but they do not work since they do not move with the y-axis in the graph.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?
