Compare Last week vs same dates last year data

Hello,

I want to compare sales of last week to the same date range of last year (e.g. 03/ 07-14 /2016 vs. 03/ 07-14 /2015) using table/KPI box. If I use the week() in the set analysis, it would fetch data from different date range as it would call out dates of last year that fall under the same week number of the present. Need help!
