Compare time with a range

Hi,

I want to check whether a given time is in between a rang of time. I have following info.

min time     : 6.00 AM

max time    : 7.00 PM

curr time     : 6.25 AM

I have tried to check current time is in between min time and max time but it always gives false statement as output.

if(Time([curr time])>=Time(min_time) AND Time([curr time])<=Time(max_time), true, false)

can someone help me to do this.
