Compare with Old Data

Hello Community,

I have a table where there's a flag field , contains ON / OFF data. After reloading the data is replacing and the data is not storing in database(historical).

How can I make a comparison for the flag field. i.e before reloading say it's ON and after reload it's OFF. I want to know the status change of the flag and based on that i need to design an alert.

Please help. Sample data attached!

Do you want to check what was the flag of the data before loading as it is changed after reload?

Yes , If it's state changed from ON to OFF or vice versa I need to generate an alert mailing.
