We wanted to announce that we have made available a QlikView connector to integrate QV11 with Apache HBase to help organizations discover fresh insights from their "Big Data". The connector allows QlikView users to securely connect to a HBase instance and browse its schema, picking and choosing the tables to transport and filters to apply, making use of the Hadoop HBase API. We also put a short blog post together with screenshots, so if you're interested, you can see it in action:
