Connecting to Web / Sharepoint site from Server

I have created an app on my desktop which uses Sharepoint lisst as a datasource.

I have now copied it over ot the server adn the script falls over as it says access is denied.

What do I need to adjust on the server to get this to work?

You can try this but I am not sure whether it works or not. I am also still working on the same but couldn't make it work yet.
