Uhm, have you taken a look at that screenshot before you posted it? Do you see that a part of an error message is shown? And a scrollbar is show at the bottom of that window? Can you use that scrollbar to have a look at the complete error message. That might tell you what's wrong. Or you can copy the complete text of the error message and post it here. Maybe somebody else knows what that error means.
