Connection error in Section Access

Hi community,

I am experiencing an error in section access at QlikView document.

I have created sheet level access to various users, which means a user ID and password is required in order to view different sheets.

The problem is that when ever a user logs in to the sheet, the dashboard disconnects after every little while and the user is required to log in again.

Any suggestions how to solve this problem?

Thank You

Hi,

This issue not releated to Section Access. It happen because of several reason.

Some of them are CPU utilization, Ram Consumption, Network Issue, Session Time-out etc.

Dont know in which way you have implemented section access.

But agree with MAX, this could be becoz of several other reasons.

As you said it is getting disconnects again and again, I would say it seems network issue.

I would say coordinate with your network/Infra team..

I think you might be using calculated dimension or some orphan column so because of which Qlikview is reaching the MAX RAM and CPU utilization...check your script and data once
