Connection exception between qlikview and remedyforce while reloading

I have set up the dashboard in client's server while reloading the extracts from remedyforce qlikview throws an connection exception.

If the browser is refreshed twice the connection gets established to remedyforce datasource and it gets reloaded.

The connector used for connecting qlikview and remedyforce datasource is QvSalesforceConnector.

    

  

The stack trace log shows :
