Container issue is NOT fixed in v11

We all know that there are many problems with container. One typical issue is the scroll bar disappears and the container cannot show all the data for tables. This is supposed to be fixed in V11 but it's still there.

And the most frustrating thing is that we can't re-create it and report to QV support because it happens randomly. I  have created an dummy file and try to report the issue with it. When I open it using V10, it always have this problem while using V11 it is always fine. Yes when I try to report it, it works well in V11.

Yesterday customer sent email to us and asked this . When we called him and asked him to make a screenshot for that, he said it was fine again.

Our staff also has experienced this. She went to anther sheet and then came back, it became fine. Can anyone help with this?

1) Anyone from QV support? Can you please have a look and confirm if this has been reported as an issue?

2) For such random happen issue, when we cannot have screen shot or other evidences, how can we report it ?

We are using Version 11.00 11282.0 SR1.  This container issue happens randomly. I want to report it but cannot have the evidence.
