I have a pivot table that works just fine except for one thing: the background shading of the sub-total row is so faint as to be indistinguishable from other fields, unless you have excellent eyes. (We're working with a b/w printer). I'd like to make the sub-total shading as dark as the shading in the dimension header, but I can't find anywhere on the "Properties" where you can control it. Alternately, I'd like to "BOLD" the sub-total lines, but again, can't see where this can be controlled.
Any ideas?
Hi Kevin,
I'm not sure if this will help you... Anyway, theres a resource that allows you to customize the format of the columns, for this you must enable the design grid (View / Design Grid) then you right click your table and select "Custom Format Cell". In this dialog you can select each cell/header and change the colors/font style.
Regards,
Cesar
