Convert Straight Table to List [for Excel Name Manger handling]

Hi QV Experts!

Appreciate your help on a problem is face often. I have an existing straight table as below & need to convert the same into a particular form [so that my Excel Name Manager can handle for dependent drop downs].

This is only possible if you can remodel your data like in the attached example. You probably don't want to because you're creating extra values in your country and cities dimensions that will mess up your other charts unless you take extra measures to prevent that.
