Converting dimensions to expression

Hello guys, is there any way i can do this Month On Month by removing the dimensions and filter with expressions?

It will somehow look like the table below,

Time	IN OUT
Apr 13	1000 times
Apr 12	2000 times
Apr 13	2500 times
Apr 12	7000 times

Can anyone help?
