Converting text on dashboard to db table

Hi there,

Please kindly suggest some ideas , I need to make the welcome page of my dashboard store in db.

Say,

The content will differ from  one another .

Should I create a table -

Welcome_Table

ID, Name, Content, DateCreated

Any suggestion please.
