I have some strange happening. I convert a time to local time using converttolocaltime fucntion. It works fine and I also use the parameter to set daylight savings. Everything works.
However when I do a binary load to a new file it loses 1 hour (for all days in daylight savings time).
I don't understand why the time changes on that field when I do this binary load!
