Coping Chart

I have created a Bar Chart. I want to copy the same to another location of the same sheet. When I do the copy to clipboard  object  and paste sheet object it works. But I cannot move the copied object to a different location. I wonder whether  I have changed any settings. Please some one help me

Are you able to provide a copy of your qvw for us to look at ?

try to see

allow move/size and allow copy/clone in tab layout of chart properties
