Copy/Paste an image

When performing a copy/paste from a graph image the default picture quality is not very good. When making an image larger in Word or Excel it becomes fragmented and/or blurred pretty quick. Graph titles and other text in the image are already blurred when copied and become rapidly worse as soon as the picture is manipulated. Is there a way to enhance the image quality when the user copies it  to the clipboard??

When you paste it, do it as a Paste Special and paste it as a Device Independent Bitmap
