Copy State Contents Action - What is the correct syntax?

I am having difficulty in determining the proper syntax to reference Alternate State names using the Action 'Copy State Contents'. Please see the attached jpeg for an example of what I am trying to achieve.

I am trying to take the selections from the Source State (Benchmark Set) and apply them to the Target State (Comparison Set 1). What is the proper syntax to recognize the Alternate States in these fields? I can't seem to figure it out after trying single, double quotes, parenthesis, equal signs, etc.

Can't reproduce your issue. Works for me using the syntax as shown in your sceenshot.

Since you said it worked for you I was able to circle back around and find my error - there was a space in one of the alternate state names I was typing where there shouldn't have been........  Thanks for your help.
