Copy and export in qv accesspoint

Hi

i have some problems with copy and export optios in accesspoint

if i tried to copy the objects then objects are not copy,i tried to paste in msword ,

for this help me how to copy objects from accesspoint

in export option,data is export to the .csv format but this format is not good

how to use export option

please help how to use export and copy in accesspoint
