Copy to clipboard Data or Possible value

All,

I want to send filters in a QLikView document to Excel. I would like to recreate the original sheet in a new QLikView document back from Excel.

When I right click on filters table in QLikView, Copy to Clipboard, sometimes 'Data' is available, and sometimes it is replaced by 'possible value'.

What is the difference btw copy of data or possible value ? why are one or another available ?

POssible Value returns all the field in white of the field list...
