Copy to clipboard options is coming as grayed out

Hello

I am new to QlikView tool and wanted to try my hands on the functionality provided by this tool. Just recently I designed a chart as straight table chart. Just recently I was asked to modify that chart to export values from it to excel or clipboard. Weirdly that option is coming as grayed out. I trying deleting existing object and added new one but no success. But if create new design file then that option is coming as enabled. Any guesses why it is not working in my old file?

Sorry just found another thread where someone else too faced this issue. Their resolution worked for me as well.
