Copying a background image from one app to another

Hi guys, Does anybody know if I can copy a background image from another app without having acces to the image ?

You can create a theme with the Theme Wizard and include the background in it. See this discussion: Re: how to copy the sheet from one qvw to another qvw along with the Background Image
