Coulmn Total

Hi All,

          I have this requirement in which i have to show calculated total (formula- Ex-=(Sum of OFE – Sum of Error) / Sum of OFE)total at botton of each coulmn,Like for Apr-2014 may 2014 2014-2015 total should be according to the formula above ??

We can get the totals:

Chart properties->Expression:

Select Expression Total:

If we want on first row: select Totals on first row

if we want on last row: select Totals on Last Row

hi sasi thank you for guidelines,in my chart Total mode is disabled when i select expresiiion ,cant proceed further?

You are using Pivot table try using Straight table

     My coulmn i.e Apr 14 May 14 are not coming in fasion shown, i want it in format shown in my previous attached image.

convert first in straight table check total for all expression u have

and again convert into Pivot table

This the limitation of Straight table.

Can you please tell the dimension you are using

we are using Team , Monthyr (Apr 14 may 14)as dimensions
