Count Consecutive Zero values in Pivot

I would like to get the count of consecutive zero values in a pivot table like below. Based on the count I would be setting a status.

The conditions are:

  1. For a period selected there should be some values before and after the consecutive zeros.
  2. Count of consecutive zeros should be greater than or equal to 3.
