Count common product across region

Hi all,

I need to count common product for whole country and region.

Count common Product for country= 2 (C&E)

Count common Product for Region A= 0

Count common Product for Region B=  1 (B)

Product C&E should be excluded for Region Count as these 2 products have been counted in country level.

Got any idea how to achieve this?
