Hi All,
Please refer my below screenshot of running total .Under expression I have count(ID ) and I have selected Fully Accumulate . If you look iot the chart when any ID gets closed then the whole nu,ber chages .
For example on July-25-2020 there are 5 counts and on August-1-2020 there are showing 5 counts ( This is weekend report) . Now in the last week (Aug-1-2020) if any ID closes and the counts will be 3 then my chart will change the number across all the week ends . which will reduce by one ID ( Where July-25- will also show 4 )
My output should only change the numbers in the latest week and should remain as it is in the previous weekeneds.
How can I achive this ?
Thanks in Advance
Hi Community
Any help on my post ?
Thanks
It surely sounds like odd behaviour, but I'm not able to help you using the provided information. What you are telling us is not normal behaviour, it feels like you are leaving out important details. Please look through your app again to see if you notice more details to share with the community.
Even better would be if you could share a working sample where the issue is present so we can look at the issue with our own eyes.
Thanks @Vegar for the reply.
As mentioned I am trying to show the accumation of the total open tickets . Currently if any ticket gets closed in this week which was opeend in the previous week then it should not change the total open counts in the previous week .
Please refer my below screenshot . For example i am trying to show my out put . in the weekend 28-Jun2020 there were 3 tickets and in weekend 5 july 2 got opene and sumed up for 5 and in 12 Jun2020 weekend 2 got ipened which sumed for 7 .
Now 2 tickets which were opened previously got closed in the weekend 19-July therefore it should show the sum 5 and not change the counts in the previous weekend , As our requirement is to track the opened tickets by Weekend . Is this possible ?
Thanks
Per Vegar's post, really going to need the QVW file on this one, so folks can have a look at the data model as well as chart and expressions etc... If you have sensitive data in any fields, you can use the Settings\Document Properties\Scrambling tab to scramble those prior to attaching to the post.
