Create Headers above column headers in a straight table

Gents,

I like to create text columns above the expressions I have grouping them together with "Super headers". Just like in Excel you can merge cells...

Pivot table is not an option I suppose because I've up to 5 groups of columns with each 2 to 3 columns(expressions)

like:

          |                Turnover                 |              Productivity           |

           |   Week   |    YTD   |   MTD       |     Hours       |   Value         |

City    |               |             |                 |                    |                     |

a        |               |

ab      |

c        |

etc....
