Create a sort order based on a Field

Want to achieve like this, in script itself.

Ah, my mistake. Try this:

LOAD
    [S.No],
    Autonumber(RecNo(),[S.No] & '|' & [Other no]) as [Other no]
FROM
    ....

Hi My main objective is not to have a same Name in sequence when i select any S.no  as below, all should be shuffled but not in sequence. pl help me with this.
