Create an average based on 2 dimensions

Hello everyone

I want to be able to get the average of calls coming in a call center based on 2 dimensions (hour of the day and day of the week). This would technically give me a 24x7 grid.

So far, I've only been able to represent a total for each hour/day combination, but not an average...

Can anyone provide some insights on 1) if that can be done and 2) how should I do it?

Use a pivot table with avg as aggregation and tick Show Partial Sums for both dimensions. In analyse mode pivot your table
