Use a customised sort.

Use an expression similar to the below in your Sort.

=Match('Budgeted Production Plan','ABC',XYZ','CEF', ................................)

Actually the format is fixed and column content is not available in table i just wanted to show the Table view in which first column remains same and calculated expression in other columns.
