Creating Common ID and assigning Document Cal

Hi,

I need to create a common ID and need to assign DOC Cals for each.

Please help me.

Common ID = ABCC

Buiness Team    Managers

Dairy                 Manager1

Eclair                 Manager2

Poppin               Manager3

Please help me. How to create this and where to create this in QMC?? Please help me with screenshots
