Creating Fiscal Calendar and couting the remaining days after week 12 as week 13 for a particular quarter

Hi All,

I'm trying to create a Fiscal Calendar which has March as a starting month  and Ending month as Feb. Now I've a requirement to show the quaterly data on a weekly basis where we need to count the remaining days after 12th week as 13th week for that particular Quarter.

Again after 13th week, I need to show the values from week 1 to week 13 for next quarter.

Any input you'll be able to provide, would be a great help.
