Creating a 2nd tier of tabs along the top of the screen?

Hello,

We are trying to sell QV as our group's Risk Metrics dashboard, but have already run into a problem where we have 17 different tabs going across the top of the screen. Is there any functionality to enable us to have "sub tabs" where clicking one tab enables a 2nd tier of tabs to be displayed below?

We are working on taking screenshots of the tab markers and making buttons which hide/unhide tabs but I was hoping that QV had some functionality to enable this.... Thanks so much!

You are kind of doing the trick. Difference is that I would rather use buttons on the left top-down to simulate "sub" tabs.
