Creating a button that selects cases based off a condition of two fields
Hi, I am very new to QlikView (less than 2 weeks experience) and I am stuck with the following problem:
I have 2 different datasets loaded which are linked by a common field (Name) and then each data set has a field which contains a date (Lets say Dataset1 has a field called Date1 and Dataset2 has a field called Date2). I am looking to create a button that when clicked it will select/show only the cases from Dataset1 where Date1 > Date2 (similar to when you select a value from a list box).
It should also be mentioned that in Dataset1 there will be multiple different cases with the same Name but varying dates for Date1. I want to only look at the cases where Date1 > Date2 and there will only be maximum one case per name in Dataset2
