Creative Ways to Display Time

I have a dimension for hour of the day 'Time'

Currently, I have the times displayed in a list box, where users can select the time of day they want and display the data accordingly.

This functions fine, I am just not a fan of how it looks.

Any suggestions on how to improve this visual are appreciated.
