Cross Table matching fields

Dear Experts,

Kindly review the attachment and help me with the below queries.

I am loading Master as normal table and Data as a Cross table.

Now could you please guide me how to connect between Months in rows(Master table) with Months as columns(Data table)

Also when I load the Data as Cross table my values are automatically showing in date format.Could you plesae tell me where I am making a miss.
