Crosstable Load with Excel 2007 doesn't work

I am using QV 10 SR4.

I am not able to to a crosstable load woth an Excel 2007 format file.

If I save the file in .xls format, it loads fine.

Is this a known issue? I search the forum and didn't find any discussions about this.
