The cumulative sum in pivot will work based on the dimensions and their values. As of your data, there is no constant combination of rows against the dimension for the cumulative sum.
E.g
A 101 1 21/5/17 2
A 101 2 21/5/17 3
A 111 1 22/5/17 4
For understanding purpose to check the cumulative sum, make the first value as it is of 2nd and check the cumulative property in presentation.
